Terms of Service

1. Bookings and Payments

Studio bookings are requested through our website or by contacting us directly, and are confirmed once we've discussed availability, technical requirements, and pricing with you and sent written confirmation.

A deposit may be required to secure a confirmed booking date, with the balance due before or on the day of the shoot, as agreed in your booking confirmation.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking. Cancellations made with limited notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, as set out in your booking confirmation.

We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to studio availability.

3. Use of the Facility

Productions using the studio must follow our on-site safety guidance and crew conduct requirements, including care around the LED wall, ceiling, and other technical equipment.

You are responsible for the conduct of your crew and any damage caused to the facility or equipment during your booking, beyond normal wear and tear.

4. Intellectual Property

Footage and content you create during your booking remain your property. Gamma Studios retains ownership of its virtual environments, technology, and any proprietary tools made available during your production, and may request permission to feature behind-the-scenes material from your shoot in our own portfolio unless you tell us otherwise.

5. Liability

Gamma Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the facility. Productions are responsible for carrying their own production and equipment insurance while using the studio.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
